Google account access
The application requests only the Gmail send permission (gmail.send). It uses that permission to send the owner's scheduled film reminders from the authorised account to the nominated recipient. It does not request inbox-reading permission.
Information used and stored
The application processes the sender and recipient addresses, reminder subject and content, and Google authorisation credentials. Credentials are stored on the owner's private control host with restricted filesystem permissions. Local operational records track delivery status, duplicate prevention and failures, and may retain message identifiers. Credentials are not published on this website.
Sharing and use
Messages are transmitted through Google's Gmail API to the nominated recipient. Google account data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. It is used only to provide the reminder function. The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and control
Authorisation credentials are retained while the reminder is enabled and authorised. Delivery and duplicate-prevention records remain on the private host until the owner removes them. The owner can revoke access in Google Account permissions and request deletion of locally retained credentials and records. Revocation does not delete messages already sent or records retained by Google or the recipient.
This website
These pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising, sign-in forms or application cookies. When deployed, the hosting provider processes connection information such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the website. Its policies and retention practices also apply.
